Welcome to my little page on the world wide web.  In case you're new here, there's a lot to unpack.  I'm a thirty-something entrepreneur who recently gave up the big city/ corporate life to live in a small town right outside Big Bend National Park.

We were craving a lifestyle change and after a medical scare, we packed up and headed to our favorite town in Far West Texas. My husband and I own Mundy Restaurant Group where we operate Long Draw Pizza, La Kiva Restaurant & Bar (Terlingua), and Coco's Loco Pool & Beach Bar in San Pedro Belize.  You can find either of us at our Terlingua restaurants anytime.

I decided to start this blog as a creative outlet in hopes of inspiring others to live their best & happiest lives. I'm a "non-hiking" girl who absolutely loves hiking and exploring our new home.  I love sharing fun hikes, things to do in our area, my favorite brands & products, and our love for Big Bend.
